Story Line: 📣

MoM is defined as Minutes of Meeting in Construction Industry; There are two types of Meetings that happens throughout the Project. They are:

• Periodic Meetings - Happens week / Bi-monthly / Monthly
• Intermediate Meetings - Happens when required.

Periodic: for Progress & Issues Updates at specific Intervals of time in Projects - which is basically decided at the start of Projects for Weekly / Monthly Progress & Issues Updates with different Stakeholders.

Intermediate: for critical Issues that arises in the middle of the Projects, which needs to be addressed to made decisions by meeting different stakeholders.

This Meeting usually happens at site office (event Virtually at times) when Owners come down for Site visit and discuss about a particular AGENDA. Basically it could be:

• Monthly Plan / Weekly Plan.
• Any Issues / New Tasks in the earlier weeks in the site.
• Updates on Issues / Tasks discussed in Last weeks.

Ps: New Task - Tasks that came up in the middle of Construction (Not Planned).
