Problem Statement: 📌

For any construction company, completing the projects on Time and on Budget for their clients would be the most vital thing. Hence construction companies would put a lot of efforts and time into planning Timelines, Budgets, Resources, Vendors etc and make sure to stick to their plans.

But at times, there are chances of tasks getting delayed due to N reasons and have to reschedule or try and accommodate tasks in the same timeline. Manually managing these things would be a pretty huge problem for any user.

Current problem with Powerplay for Users once they upload a MSP plan:

• No Work breakdown Structure - Normally a MSP plan file has a different level of works inside it, but in Powerplay they are just able to capture them as Tasks and Categories.
• Cant visualise revisions in Gantt chart - Once Actual Start and End Date are mentioned, Users not able able to view revision of Project plans.
• Can't visualise delays: Once Actual Start and End Date are mentioned, Users not able to view how tasks could be accommodated in the same timeline or propose new project deadline - if any delay.

Goals: 🌟

• To prepare Work Breakdown structure as planned once uploaded MSP plan.
• To be able to visualise overrun, Under-run of any Tasks in the Projects.
• To be able to view complete lifecycle status of my projects - revisions, deadlines changes if any.
